A router mounted by `leumas-api` at `/index`.

**Absorbs (DRY-consolidated from, P6):** `x-leumas-appstore` (artifact marketplace) + `leumas-network`
(registry) + `leumas-tech` `publicData`.

## Usage

```js
import { createIndexRouter } from '@leumas/index-service';
app.use('/index', createIndexRouter({ sources: { apps: loadApps, tools: loadTools } }));
```

P2-ready: pluggable `sources` (default empty) so the Web hub renders now; `GET /index/{apps,tools,pages,adapters}`
and `GET /index/search?q=`. P6 wires the real sources.
